Writing a bio is a bit like scrubbing grout – just take a deep breath and do it.  And you’ll be glad you did!

I’m Katherine.  I love the NY Mets, my daughter, and applause (not in that order). It’s the applause part that was rather odd when growing up on a Midwestern dairy farm.  But I stuck with performing thru high school & college, summer stock & dinner theatre, regionally & in NYC, on stage & on camera.

I love the classics, and have been fortunate enough to have played some bucket-list roles such as Constance in Shakespeare's King John and Ranyevskaya in Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard – oh, and M'Lynn in Steel Magnolias!

My theatre company is Country Girl Productions.

Proud member of both Actors Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA - I love the stage best, but the camera & I have a mutual love and hey, aren't those television residuals a delight?!

My favorite role is: mother of a fabulous daughter who is on the autism spectrum.
